Sofia Mulanovich has won the Roxy Pro after defeating Sam Cornish in the final of the event at Snapper Rocks.
Mulanovich convincingly defeated Cornish, scoring 17.34 out of 20 compared to Cornish's 7.83.
Peruvian Mulanovich said: "The final started out kind of slow, but I got a good score midway and from then on, I started pushing my surfing out there. My board felt really good out there and I when I caught that last wave, I knew that Sam (Cornish) was going to need a lot to catch me."
The win puts Mulanovich on top of the ratings as this was the first competition of the tour so far.
Youngster Carissa Moore impressed throughout the tournament, and knocked out world champion Stephanie Gilmore in round three. The Hawaiian was eventually beaten in the semi-finals by Cornish.
The Women's ASP World Tour now moves to the Rip Curl Pro in Victoria on March 19th.
