Triple Crown of Surfing champion Bede Durbridge has been signed up to the On A Mission (OAM) global mission surf team.
The Australian finished third on the ASP World Championship Tour last year and is now hoping his new sponsorship will boost his career further this year.
OAM marketing manager Dave Boehne, said: "Bede plays a key role in the progression of the On A Mission team and brand as we re-launch our new range of accessories into the Australian market this Easter. We can't wait to get started on Bede's signature traction and adding his unique style and touches to our line."
Durbridge set a new record for the most amount of prize money won in one day when he took home $75,000 for his Triple Crown win.
The Gold Coast surfer said he was "really excited to be part of the team" and added that OAM has always had an "awesome accessories line".
Last year, Durbridge won the Billabong Pipeline Masters by beating Dean Morrison, Pancho Sullivan and Joel Parkinson in the final to clinch the Vans Triple Crown.
